Terms & Conditions

A 25% deposit is required to secure any booking.

Telephone or e mail bookings will be held for 3 days, pending receipt of deposit. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date (cheques payable to Mrs G Gillies).

Carthouse and Wagtail changeover on Saturday and Swallow on Friday.

Arrivals not before 4pm and departures by 10am.

Short breaks are available by arrangement at some periods.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed if booked at the same time as their owners. They must not be left alone in the barns and should not be allowed on the furniture or beds. There is a charge of £20 per dog per stay. Other pets by agreement. Guide dogs are free of charge.

The deposit is forfeited if the booking is cancelled unless in extreme circumstances.

All properties are non smoking.
